Hump Day indeed! 1/2 way through!!!! Weigh in day for me and I was down 3 for the week!

Up day here! Yeah!

B - 2 egg, OMM, cheese, peaches 443c
L - lettuce, cheese, chicken, guac, salsa, sour cream 350c
D - Non-chili chili with corn chips 690c
S- Protein granola bar 190c

That leaves approximately 300c for snacking at VBS!

Great job for the week, Monica!!

I'm on a DD here...

B: Vietnamese iced coffee (100)
L: bacon/cheddar chicken patty (140)
D: cheesy bacon chicken cabbage (268)

That puts me at 522 for the day. I could've saved myself some calories on brekkie, but the Vietnamese iced coffee is a new addiction for me. So nommy!! The one I made for myself this morning was actually a lower-cal version, so I'll take the overage on my calories for the day.

Have a rockin' one, BUDDDs!!

ETA: I just noticed that I wrote "bacon" twice on this lovely DD. WOOT!!

UD-- and Dawn, what flavor mio do you use in your yogurt? I just got the peach/mango, and I do like it in water

B: 2c lower cal/higher fiber multigrain O cereal, 1c almond milk
L: so far, I plan for 2 large HB eggs and 1T lite mayo. Not sure what else.
D: planned-- 14oz (omg) roast beef, 1 serving creamed spinach, some of my 90cal iced milk

I'm still about 200-300 low for the day, so I'll find something to snack on when I get home (I'm in the office, a rarity) I'm sure. Or maybe a glass of wine... hmmm...

DD in a very confused household.

Sigh. I am taking care of extra children today as well as usual duties ( sleepover). I can't get them to tell me what they will eat! Good grief.

So far, I've had an apple. If they will choose from some sensible suggestions, I will go along with it!! Otherwise, we are parting ways... ...

415 calories total. Think I want to try keeping DDs lower and raise UDs a bit for a while just to see what kind of effect if might have, if any.

DH called and wanted to meet for lunch, so we went to El Torito's. I had shrimp Mazatlan enchiladas, chips and salsa, a couple of bites of whole beans. I don't like Mexican rice, so that's easy to forego.

Dinner's looking like the Cheesecake Factory. I have to go to the mall anyway and it's right there. Thank goodness for their Skinnylicious Menu!

My second DD. I was actually hungrier on my UD yesterday.

L- small can Veg Beef soup 190
D- 1/4 cup cottage cheese, creamy chicken soup, 2 pickles.180
Probably will have some S/F jello with a squirt of WC later.

I had a snack when I got home for about 200+ cals, dinner as planned minus the spinach, plus a small glass of rose wine, and will have dessert in a bit. Will be at or under 2100.

I find down days are easier for me when it is mostly protein and fat. I also MUST plan the down day ahead of time.

I also find it's easier when my DD food is boring, less varied. I was enjoying my lettuce wraps with cold cuts for lunch, but found I was looking forward to them a bit too much. I think I'll save them for UD lunches, which will help me reduce starches and total calories on my up days.
