What is your favorite way to make frozen, boneless chicken breasts?

Mine is to fry in olive oil

I do them in a spice rub and then plunk them in the George Forman. I keep them in the fridge to slice for salad or shirataki on DDs.
Looking forward to hearing everyone's ideas.

I put mine on top of the stove with all of my veggies (usually asparagus, zucchini, shrooms, and spinach), spritz with Bragg Liquid Aminos and sprinkle pepper & sea salt, place the lid on the pan and let slow cook for about 30 minutes.

My favorite way is to let someone else have them, and fry up some THIGHS instead!!!

Chicken breasts are strictly a DD food!!!
--I slow cook a whole bunch at once in a simple broth, freeze in 6oz servings, and then take one out on DDs to use for soups, salads, Mexican food, etc.

I forgot that I spray coconut oil on the pan before placing everything in. It does turn out nice and moist. I also love to grill chicken breast and if I spritz with a bit of olive oil and braggs liquid aminos, the taste is perfect! I hope that I never run out of the braggs, because I am in

Oh and I forgot this one, chicken breast wrapped in bacon and baked in the oven. Probably better for an UD LOL

This is me! But yes, I eat them sometimes on DDs, though I do have to douse them in ACV and tons of firey spices and marinate for 6+ hrs or even overnight and then add more spices before eating for additional flavor. I much prefer the fattier parts of the chicken if I'm going to have chicken at all.

First, I like to thaw it in the fridge . . . then forget it's there until it's bad . . . then drive to KFC or Popeye's and get the breasts with the skin still on and fried in all that breading and greasy goodness!

I'm sort of down with that system, except for the chicken. Can I just have a cow, Please?

And those chicken breasts magically taste better now, even if they weren't the same ones you started with.

We were coming out of Popeye's yesterday and I said to my husband, "hey, have you heard about my Popeye's diet? I've lost 50 lbs!"

I have it once a week and it's my non-negotiable meal. lol

However, I love chicken so much I do eat boneless skinless on down days. My favorite is to put a low cal but flavorful sauce on top. Recent finds at Whole Foods that are delicious include a Frontera Grill mole sauce and a Cindy's Kitchen mango coconut pepper.

Have you ever tried slow-cooking chicken in red enchilada sauce? It's so good!!! Really nice when shredded.
(I sautee some onions, garlic, & cumin, and add that towards the end.)
(Green enchilada sauce would prob be good, too, but I haven't tried it yet.)

Have you every put Braggs on popcorn?
I grew up eating it that way (or sometimes we'd use tamari, but that can get TOO salty); we'd also put nutritional yeast on it, and called it Hippie Popcorn.

These days I like EVCO on my popcorn!!!

It is seriously so good! Just a little kick to it but not much. I can use one serving or a half a serving on 4-5 oz meat. Delicious!

It is refrigerated and is in the produce section near the Whole Foods branded salad dressings. Big bottle that lasts forever.

I love making chicken roll-ups, UDs only.

Place a thin piece of pastrami on the skinless boneless chicken breast, roll up, and spear with a wooden toothpick. Now dip roll up in italian dressing and then into breadcrumbs. Bake open at 350 for 30-40 minutes.

I like to sprinkle them with McCormick's Rotisserie Seasoning and cook them on the George Foreman grill. Then I smother them in cream cheese gravy! Decadent! My cream cheese gravy is just 8 oz cream cheese, melted with 3/4 cup cream. Of course, I usually half the recipe and split it with hubby, or I'd eat the whole thing! (It's also really good on pork chops cooked the same way!)

I don't even know what to say to cream cheese gravy, but I'm drooling.
I might even eat a nasty boneless skinless chicken breast covered in that.
Thread hijack... has anyone made chocolate gravy? I saw a recipe online the other day (pretty sure it was paula deen) whilst browsing for something else. I do love gravy in all its forms.
Went to a frufru bistro the other day for lunch...all I wanted was the bourbon cream gravy/sauce that pooled on the plate.

B-lou, I grew up with chocolate gravy over biscuits for breakfast. My neighbor down the street was also our daycare in the summer. I absolutely loved going to her house for the simple reason that she made this treat. I saw the recipe on Pinterest the other day and pinned it just because it brought back memories of being a small child and my love for biscuits and gravy.
