UD!! 1701
b-last of the farm strawberries, coffee, lite toat and cream cheese, jumbo HB egg, thick bacon, half a glazed donut from Allie's bakery in RI!! I planned for it, journalled it, I had it, and BOY was it sweet! Very "light" in mouth feel-went to nothing quickly-for all those cals...

l-lite rye, black forest ham, lite mayo and dijonnaise, cukes
s-coffee and lite toast with cream cheese, maybe

d-not sure. Even with the donut, I have about 1000 to use. I have NO problem doing that, even when adult beverages are NOT involved. Going to see what looks good at Whole Foods...maybe duck leg/breast?

Annie one of my fav apps is tartelettes with carmelized onions. YUM

Up 1lb from my UD yesterday. Bouncy, bounce!

DD today.

B - coffee w/hnh
L - turkey rolls with 1oz cheddar, some cucumber/peppers to crunch on this afternoon at the pool
D - gonna try the cabbage/laughing cow/chicken thing

417 cals, 20 net carbs. I am certain there will be at least another cup of coffee w/hnh in there. Or maybe I will need a protein shake.

6/22/13 restart of NK

Yesterday I fasted all day for colonscopy prep
Today is supposed to be UD. When I came home after colonoscopy DH made some scrambled eggs (I asked him and said it was 5 eggs in mac nut oil- because that's all he could find - probably 575 cal . Feeling bloated and not hungry at all. Maybe will have some veggie broth.

DD here. Am trying for slightly higher cals (600 instead of 500) to see if that gets the scale moving.

L: 4oz grape tomatoes, 2 wedges lite laughing cow cheese
S: later on, I'll have another HB egg with lite mayo
D: 7oz chicken breast, lettuce, lf/lc dressing

dessert: 55cal iced almond milk

total: 611 cal
7g net carbs

DD for me!
Workout--30 Day Shred in A.M.
LC Tortilla 80 + 1 T. Garden Veggie Cream Cheese 40
Wasa Cracker 45 + 1 T. Strawberry Cream Cheese 45 + 1 Strawberry sliced 5?
0% Fage with Blueberry Acai Topping 120

Plan for Dinner:

May be overdoing the cream cheese....I love the stuff, and it makes DD feel like a treat!

UD, and having a sudden extremely-tight-pants-day from ovulation water retention.

B: black tea
L: 2 slices bacon, mixed greens salad with grilled chicken breast + diced avocado + shredded cheddar + grape tomatoes
D: going out for Szechuan
S: chocolate protein shake with 1 egg

600 calories so far, so I'm leaving 1200 calories for some blissfully spicy dinner, which will probably be a sliced lamb and veggie sauté (no rice this time), so it'll be way under 1200 cals. I'll have room for my shake when I get home.
* wheat/gluten-free
* whole foods and low carb
* goal reached on 7/2/2012

Supposed to be a UD but it seems to be morphing into a DD (I just restarted JUDDD today)

So far all I've had is 1/4 cup of ice cream (75 cals) just not hungry.....

Exercise 4x per week.
Drink more water (80+ oz per day)
