volmetrics food book

Has anyone tried the "volumetric eating plan" book? Its similar to "the eat this not that" book. the author provides suggestions on how to get the biggest bang for your buck with your calories.

Also I had been away on vacation. Juddd is magical. I gained 6 lbs and already 3 are gone after dd! woo hoo.

Are the recipes mainly for DD or did you just mean in general? My DD bought the Eat this, not that book

I have not bought the book so I don't know. I am assuming it has all types of recipes not just for dd's.

WTG on losing the pounds! I think I practice volumetrics without realizing it! My fav DD has a big bunch of steamed broc, carrots, & asparagus with small amount of protein!

update....looked at it at barnes and noble.... not worth purchasing...
