Wanna take bets?

On how long it takes me to lose the 5 lbs I gained on my 6 day trip to San Francisco?

I know I was really dehydrated while I was there - no matter how much water I drank it just wasn't enough. Not to mention, I REALLY enjoyed the food....

Ah, well - I have this week to get back on track, then 1 week of business travel followed by 2 more weeks of vacation back home to Ohio. At the end of which I have my 30th year HS reunion, so I have strong motivation to stay on track throughout the next round of travels.

I am refreshed, and rejuvenated and ready to go now, though!

(By the way, I am guessing 2 really, really good down days along with the well controlled up days in between and LOTS of hydration should come pretty close to taking care of this extra 5 I have now.)

If you want something badly enough, you'll find a way. If you don't you'll find an excuse.

I went to Disney two weeks ago. For eight days I ate whatever I wanted. Even Pop 'ems.

I came home to a five pound gain. It took 2 down days (and I do HIGH down days at 800 calories) and the weight was GONE. Unreal. I've lost three more now and have only been home 11 days!!

GOAL 10/3/12
Still at goal 2/6/13
Changed to LCHF after becoming diabetic in 9/13 (Lost 15 more pounds).
STILL below goal 11/21/15

I did not "lose" weight. I evicted it. It is gone and it ain't coming back!

JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does.

Yes, and very recent proof to boot!

As soon as I got home from Disney I said to my hubby "Well, we'll see if this two down day stuff is true!"

2BoysMom is going to prove it again for us!
