DD and I am having lunch at a friend's. So, nothing but water before and after lunch, and then I have to figure out how to keep to 500 calories when lunch will consist of Caesar salad and mac n cheese.

(I have the Slim and Save sachets left over from a VLCal Diet i did earlier this year - DDs are a great way of getting rid of them!)

dinner is our first outdoor play of the season
pork and seeds and flaming hot mustard
roasted eggplant hummus I whipped up last night with organic wholemeal flat bread
my tiramisu
couple bottles of wine

Tomorrow morning is also UP with mom's bday brunch
tea and cocktails (orange cream mimosas)
spanakopita
dole out the remaining tiramisu
cucumber sandwiches
pesto crostini
strawberry banana creamy fruit salad
and whatever else the ladies bring to share
THEN it is a seriously controlled remainder of weekend, may even fast Sunday

Snack: Laughing Cow Light Cheese Wedge
Lunch: Low Carb Tortilla wrap with 2 ounces all-natural black forest ham, 1 T. veggie cream cheese, basil, 2 slices of tomato, dipped in Walden Farms Bacon Ranch (SO GOOD!)
Snack: Fudgecicle
Dinner: Plan is to try a new recipe with Miracle Noodles, sauteed cabbage and red pepper, 1 T. Peanut Butter, Walden Farms Asian Dressing, soy, sprinkled with a few chopped peanuts. Sounds good to me, but I hope it is edible!

L- chinese buffet (I know but son persuaded) salad no dressing/veggies, tiny amount of rice- fortunately found a hair and prevented me from finishing it. High estimate of 350 may be too much??
D- 1/3 lavash pizza w/mushrooms-peppers- onions and mozzarella

My highest DD and my third DD so far maybe about 630 calories but hoping my lunch was maybe lower than I estimated.

It was a seafood boat and we shared it 3 ways, and still had leftovers! Had vegetable and shrimp tempura, a lobster and scallop dish in some sort of creamy sauce, a scallop/shrimp/vegetable dish, a spicy dragon roll, sesame fried chicken wings, rice, salad, miso. I think that's it!
