Shareing a recipe with my JUDDD BUDDS
I love this easy crock pot recipe and I totaled up all the calories and really you could eat this on an UD or a DD..
Makes a HUGE batch, great leftovers
12 chicken breasts
3 packets of taco seasoning (spicy if you like)
2 cans rotel
2 cans black beans
2 cans corn
Thats it, dump it all in and let it cook on low for 8hrs, come home and shred the chicken. We usually eat it over rice, or even in a low cal tortilla.
The entire batch is 2635 calories, and thats a lot of food.
Thats only 219 cals a serving if you figure one chicken breast, and it's what's for dinner tonight
