Taking the Anxiety Out of a Good Diet

Good morning everyone! I am checking in to update my progress. I usually don't post very often because I have been really preoccupied with DH and his health but think this is a good time.

For me, being an older slower loser, backing off and relaxing in terms of what and how I eat has been so useful. I stopped tracking every bite I eat. I eat when hungry, don't go overboard on the carbs and let it ride. I accept the fact that I have to eat less, way less. I am trying to walk at least 3xweek and if I'm not too lazy I will actually get on my Pilates reformer. Somehow I got to the point where I don't have to track my DD so much (I just know) and on my UD my appetite isn't what it was. My doc said "Stop your gluttonous ways with a smile". I am a good eater. You don't get to 170 at 5'2" without eating let me just say. So, for all of you, try not to stress and stop your gluttonous ways. Try it for a couple of weeks and then take a look.
