I always do an MD on Friday. I try to fast/eat very little till dinner. Then I can have whatever I want pretty much, while keeping sight of my portions.

Today:
B and L - diet soda and a few pickles

D: Garlic chicken with mashed potatoes and watermelon for dessert.

Sorry if this is wrong, Stargazer (I am very new to JUDDD), but isn't there a chance you'll sabotage your weight loss by having an UD of only 1,000 calories? From what I've read, it's important to stay very close to your UD numbers in order for JUDDD to work.

D: Small Wendy's chili, 2 packets chili seasoning (220)

Plenty of room for snacking. Maybe a few Suzie's Thin Cakes with laughing cow if I need them.

Coffee (3 cups) with Splenda and half and half (half fat free and half regular) = 59 cal. so far.

The coffee should hold me until 1 or 2:00 pm

I'll probably have some broth (5 cal) and I brought a Oikos yogurt (120 cal) with me for later.

I really like DD's better than UDs.

I used to go to this place on the coast here in California. My favorite sandwich there was called "I'm on fire, ready to die chicken sandwich: Rated Hell-hot!" Not only was it an amazingly good sandwich, it sure was fun to order!

Diner was a bit heavier than expected :
quinoa salad (200) rice cake (50) 1 glass red wine (120) ... I still have a little left for strawberries ! yipee !

For some reason I'm hungry today. I had my shake at 10:00, broth at 11:30. Ate lunch at 1:00; I devoured my yogurt and strawberries, then had 2 Thin Cakes with 1 wedge of Weight Watchers jalapeno cheese for an additional 55 calories. It's not quite 4:00 and I'm still hungry.

My small chili may end up becoming a large chili if this continues! Thank goodness I haven't convinced myself to go back to WLM yet, though my body thinks differently. I'll allow up to 750 calories so I've still got plenty!

Today was a DD aiming for 600.

I skipped breakfast and at exactly 12:00 had a Subway 6-inch Tuna on flatbread with half the swiss cheese and lots of veggies.
At 9:00 p.m. I had a small baked potato with 1 tablespoon Light Sour Cream and bell pepper.

640 calories so slightly over. Not enough fiber today, but otherwise okay.

annie, what do you think you are allergic to? I hate to tell you, but a pain reliever pill alone without food will make my stomach hurt a LOT worse.
