Skipped my shake this morning. Ended up having broth with hot sauce and celery for 7 calories.

Snack - haven't had it yet... ... possibly 1/2 sweet potato w/butter 105

Oddly high-carb DD for me without my usual egg breakfast.

Dawn, you know how to enjoy a favorite dish! Who can argue with your results. Have you checked out the info out there on beans (especially pinto, as Wendy's uses) effect on cholesterol? Positive.

UD - can you call it an UUAD if the cals are in line but the sodium is in the stratosphere!!! Don't anyone let me near a scale tomorrow!

B: bagel (hollowed out to reduce cals then toasted) w egg salad
S: pop chips
L: plain, fat free Greek yogurt w blueberries
S: pop chips
D: corn beef sandwich with coleslaw, a pickle and special k chips plus a cup of cherry tomatoes
S: a skinny cow bar

I still have 200 cals for the day but man o man I have had enough sodium for a week! Plus I did weight training tonight which is likely to make me retain water to begin with! I should be bloated but good tomorrow. Drinking lots of lemon water now.
