JUDDD and asthma

Hi JUDDD buddds!

I had an interesting experience over this weekend. I went for a trip (4 days) and while in the hotel went down to the workout room and hopped onto the treadmill in full expectation of it being a dreadful running experience for a couple of reasons: I haven't run in about two weeks, my asthma is exercise induced and acts up if I run after not running for a while, and I am heavier these days and my shins hurt after every run. Well I had a very easy, relaxing, enjoyable run and if I'd had more time I could've run more! My lungs didn't burn, my shins didn't hurt and I felt energetic and light. It could be that I'm eating more cabs than before (I always felt like my runs we're sluggish and difficult on low carb) or maybe the lower altitude but...I think it's JUDDD helping my lungs and my asthma. It has been documented to help asthma but it's another to actually see it work it's magic on your own lungs!!! I'm so happy and I just feel...grateful to have found this WOE. I shared this info with my parents and told them my weight loss so far and they were astounded. I sent them info on the JUDDD website. I hope they try it. I told them about all the science and health benefits and they loved that aspect. They are getting older and I think anything to help them feel their best couldn't hurt.

I'm so happy and excited about JUDDD! I also think I did pretty well with JUDDD while away. I did a DD on Thurs and today so I could enjoy some time eating out with my family Friday and Saturday. Plus it worked out that both Thurs and today we were traveling most of the day so it was fairly easy to stick to my plans. I'm at 680 cals for today and was around 660 on Thurs. Yay me! I wonder if I have lost anything while on vacay? If I did I would be astounded but I'd be happy just to have maintained (especially with what I ate on my UDs lol). I can definitely pick back up now that I am home and stay more low carb on my UDs. I will weigh tomorrow but I'm not going to expect any new lows...I'll let you guys know the verdict!

P.S. My shins didn't hurt during the run and they don't hurt now either. Win!

I did not "lose" weight. I evicted it. It is gone and it ain't coming back!

JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does.

Yay for you. My asthma comes and goes. I was having attacks when I started Juddd. They almost immediately stopped with this woe ( knock wood). I'm happy that you had a nice vacay, it sounds like you did really well. Juddding while away.
