6/1 - 198 - UD - yesterday's MD went slightly wrong! So I'm starting the rotation again today to take into account the coming weekend's events. This will probably result in a gain but I'll take that on the chin and keep trying!

New target set of 191 by 6/30.

Made my May goal of maintaining at 125. Going to try to make my bounce range 122-125, so need to drop 2-3 pounds.

Scale almost moved this morning, but I don't have a digital, so I don't take it until I'm SURE it's on the next hash mark.

Tina - A digital scale is a good investment. Hint hint. I have a regular one too but can't really tell what I weigh to the exact mark sometimes.

Oh and I updated my ticker and it is now black. The file copy I saved to my computer is fine. Don't have time to fool with it now though.

May goal went to pot. Dang scale bounce - I hate it!! I'm really frustrated because after 11 weeks, and today's bounce, I have a lousy 3.9 lb. loss. Not changing my stats for the moment as I hope to see the scale descend again. And here I thought I'd found my groove.

I think today's bounce is due to an UD yesterday, MD day before AND exercising last night, which always makes me retain water.

6/01 - DD: 213.6 (4.8 lbs. up from a low on 5/19)

I would like to join in also if that is OK? I weigh daily and record already but it would be good for me to commit and record here. I continue to lose weight but slowly due to too many UDs!

Goal for June is a loss of 6.5 lbs, to 243 or 17 st 5lb. That would a low I haven't seen since I was pregnant with my oldest son in 2000 so would be amazing! I also own some clothes that might fit me again (even if out of style!).
