and dinner was 1 1/2 cups of home made soup with chicken broth, yellow split peas (not many), onion, celery, chicken breast can, cayenne (chilli pepper), cabbage and barley. not sure what cals were but Im allowed 336 dd so didnt go over i wouldnt believe.

L: 3 sushi rolls (yellowtail scallion, salmon skin, tuna avocado)
D: 1 soft-boiled egg, 2 slices bacon, spicy ground beef chili topped with asiago and minced onions
S: raspberries, smoked gouda

1630 calories total. Need to add 170 more calories but I haven't decided what yet.

I really look forward to berry season every single year, because they're the only fruit that I truly like (aside from a few hard-to-find tropical ones), and really just raspberries, strawberries and wild blueberries.
