First week results

I want to say how much I'm really liking JUDDD. It seems like the perfect way to go for people who love to eat and who don't want to be restricted in what they eat. After reading and sleeping, eating is my favorite thing to do. I've never been able to get into the mindset that we "eat to live, not live to eat".

I started on 5/23 at 138 pounds, waist at 31", hips at 40", and upper thigh area (combined) at 40.5. This morning I was at 133 pounds, waist at 30", hips at 39", and upper thigh area at 40". Most, if not all, was water weight and bloat because I was eating badly the last few weeks before I started JUDDD, but YAY!

Early days, I know, but eating this way the past week has been really easy for me, even down days were no problem, and it seems like something I can finally stick with. Thanks to all of you JUDDD disciples who have mentioned JUDDD on other LCF boards - I wouldn't have found out about it if it weren't for you.

Truly! I could've done hcg again and lost the weight in less than a month, but I finally realized I needed something I can do forever. Like us LC people are always saying, "a WOE, not a diet!" Now if I could just find a exercise program that I can stick to!
