Oh man, I'm going to have a shirataki and chicken thing for lunch and a cabbage and bacon thing for dinner. I LOVE these!!!!!
Oh, and a gluc pudding. I was excited about this menu even while eating steak, sautéed mushrooms with herbed butter, and chocolate last night.
Happy day everyone,
Kristin

UD

breakfast protein shake and fruit

lunch on the road so full bar and a banana

supper not really sure yet

quick question I need to switch my days up tomorrow-have a party on Monday that I want to be able to eat at-so what type of day do I make tomorrow and how do I adjust my calories?? I was thinking it could be some type of middle day and than Sunday would become a down day allowing me to enjoy myself on Momday. Is that the right way to do the rotation Thanks for your help folks!! Hope you all have a great day!

That would work, but it might be easier if you make today a MD, tomorrow and UD, Sun DD, Mon UD. Some people get too hungry on the DD after a MD because they aren't properly fueled.

Just add your UD and DD calories and then divide by 2 to get MD calories.

Merci bien
Thank you for the thread, annieS, I appreciate it today! I reintroduced myself in May thread I posted here long enough ago that now I don't "know" anyone exactly, but have still found very kind welcomes.

I think everyone's choices are so bright.

Dawn, is this the DAHlicious brand Mango Lassi or your own/another? They were carrying DAHlicious individual Lassi at the Earth Fare near my home, but when I was there the other day there were none and I meant to ask if they had stopped carrying it. I just LOVED the mango, but my daughter wanted to try other flavors. Maybe they just can't keep it stocked?

Alcestis, that (Subway) is exactly the plan my husband says he would do if he were doing JUDDD! (But he won't!) He thinks that would be so simple to think about that he would be able to just relax about the day's calories.

Today's 550 calorie day:

Breakfast of half an apple at 60
Lunch of 1.5-egg omelet with bell pepper, onion, at 200
Snack of Coconut milk and Whey protein powder at 150
Supper of Salmon sandwich (90-cal potato roll) with lettuce at 130
Gum ! - 2 sticks Extra brand Dessert Chocolate Mint for 10

I make my own lassi.

1 C FF Greek yogurt (Dannon Oikos-120 calories and 22 grams of protein)
1/4 t cardamom (thanks Pirate Jenny-it does make the difference) 2 cals
8-10 oz water
Mio Mango Peach water enhancer to taste

I put it all in my shaker cup (like you find where you buy protein shakes) and shake, shake, shake! It's really good and keeps me full for hours! I've added a small amount of gluc powder once to make it thicker, but it doesn't really need that. I've also used the berry pomegranate mio and that's good too.
