A retreat from sweats

Ive been spending lots of time around the house in sweats and Jammie pants. Today I finally put my foot down and told myself to start acting like a grown up lol. I looked for The jeans that I wore last week because they weren't straight from the dryer, you know already stretched out, couldn't find them. I grabbed a pair of the same jeans fresh from the closet and couldn't believe it when they slid right on with room to spare.Omg it was the best feeling ever.
It wasn't all that long ago that I remember trying to put them on and there was a big vee shape where the button and the button hole were separated by a big piece of tummy.all I could think then was wow there's like 3/4 of my clothes I might as well burn!
That saying that nothing tastes as good as thin feels really is true. Also nothing you can eat lasts as long as spending your days thinner. Did anyone watch Dr. Phil yesterday about the bride who was trying to gain until she weighed 1,800 pounds? It was a DD for me and I watched her eat for an entire hour but instead of making me hungrey I actually thought I was going to throw up at the thought of eating 30,000 calories a day. Needless to say it was a pretty easy DD.
I wouldn't be wearing my jeans while writing this without my beautiful Juddd Buddds. We all are at different weights but as I get to know you all I have found each and every one of you to be beautiful in ways that have nothing to do with what we weigh. No one is harder on us than ourselves.

That's GREAT, Vanessa!! It always feels good to get into an old outfit you haven't been able to wear in a long time, doesn't it? I, too, noticed a favorite blouse with darts in the front and back torso fitting looser this week. Such a nice feeling. CONGRATULATIONS!

What a lovely feeling! I get tickled when my pants start sliding down my hips because the waist is too big. Unfortunately, I can't afford to replace all of the ones that are baggy, so I just wear those when I'm staying home. I've finally given up on wearing my size M yoga pants from Old Navy. They stretch out so much, they fall down!

I still laugh everytime I put my jeans in the dryer hoping to shrink them up a bit rather than hanging them to dry and praying they wouldn't have shrunk AT ALL.
