Hi! I'm new here. I'm on day 5 of week one and I'm still not in ketosis. Is this bad or am I doing something wrong? I'm following the plan exactly. My counselor told me to eat between 600-800 calories of protein a day and I've been getting in 700. I'm drinking all my water. Just wanted to get some advice. Thanks!

You probably need to increase your fat intake.
