Did some down day shopping....
Since I had such a massive freak out with wanting to eat yesterday (but worked through it and glad i did!) I went shopping last night. Starting real food on my DD's...this protein bar stuff is for the birds. So now on hand I have:
Celery, cucumbers, watermelon and I put some grapes in the freezer
Fresh homemade salsa
walden farms ranch dressing
Pre-cooked shrimp ring - 6 calories each shrimp
2 cans soup - 70 - 80 calories each serving...2 servings/can
pre-cooked chicken breast - 35 calories/ounce and divide into 3 ounce servings
Sugar free Fudgesicles - 60 calories each
Gerber Graduates puffs in Banana, Apple Cinnamon, and Sweet potato - approx 70 pieces = 25 calories.
Miracle Noodles and more PB2 on order!
I hope that keeps me happy for a bit!
