It's Thursday. What are you eating?

B: black coffee (7) S: SW shake with 1/2 C FF Greek yogurt (144) L: Cucumber w/salmon, light Miracle Whip (144) May add a little side salad. D: ?? Snack if needed: broth with serranos We are having a class at work today and lunch will be provided (Lasagna, salad, garlic bread). I have to pick it up, so my car is going to be torturing me on the drive back to the office. ![]()

OH that is tough. Your car will smell sooooo good. I don't know about you, but smells trigger my tummy to growl more than almost anything!!!!!
Up day for me: B - 2 eggs, OMM, cheese 400c L - chicken, lettuce, cheese, guac D - ham and something I haven't planned well for today....we have been so busy with baseball and softball!

Coffee with sweetened cream S= cuz my tummy was grumbling.... handful of spicy party mix B= L= D= (well I have a hard boiled egg - salt-n-pepper rice cakes - gluc pudding and a fiber bar with me at work... along with some more of the spicy party mix....what will I do?)

B: Coffee with half and half (40 calories) 4 oz 2% cottage cheese w/ 3 oz strawberries and xylitol (117 calories) L: Can of Italian Wedding Soup (200 calories) D: 3.5 oz cooked shredded chicken breast w/ salsa eaten in a romaine wrap (140 calories) Lots of water!! Total 497 calories ![]() |

B: 1T EVCO, black tea, herbal tea L: 2 soft-boiled eggs, 4 slices bacon, pan-fried yellowtail, 1 mini babybel original D: larb neua (spicy thai beef salad), homemade guacamole, raw milk truffle gouda S: salt & vinegar almonds, homemade chocolate protein shake With larger servings of the guacamole and the salt & vinegar almonds than my previous UD, it'll be right around 1800 calories total.

B - coffee with 1 T HWC (50), heated up my groats with 1 t oat fiber and 1/2 t gluc but only ate two spoonfuls and felt full (20)? L - water with lemon D - water with lemon I have broth and a can of Progresso soup (140) if I need it.

breakfast protein shake and full bar 433 calories lunch omelet with a bit of hash browns 318 calories Supper chicken Parmesan with a small bit of spinach pasta 384 calories only 1135 calories so far will add a snack later to up my calories rice cake with peanut butter and a few almonds should get me up to about 1500

Breakfast.....smoothie made with greek yogurt, strawberries, protein powder, cinnamon, coconut oil, raw egg, spinach. Yum. Lunch.....salmon & cream cheese on 2 pieces of toast topped with cucumber slices, bowl of cantaloupe Dinner....good sized salad with romaine, spinach, pepper, cucumber, carrots, tomato, and a new to me raw fermented salad dressing.....oh, I forgot I put half a can of tiny shrimp on the salad to up my protein. Aiming for 100 grams on UDs. Kashi mushroom spinach pizza.....yes, I ate the whole thing and it was delicious! And to get in the last of my calories I had a small glass of wine and 2 squares of dark chocolate. I'm really full. Fortunately, I still have some work to do before bedtime. It was a dd/FD for me.
The daytime consisted of a lot of my usual fare of almonds, berries, apple, pineapple, carrot, broccoli, cauliflower... My Gma gave me half of her ribeye steak. Had lots of tea with stevia. Stopped eating at about 4:30 and had a function all evening. Ate again about 9:30 p.m. = 8" veggie pizza. Also, 1 large olive, 1 chicken tender, and 2 french fries mooched off my DH's Gma.

Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC. MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too |
