I started on Monday with a DD - all went well until I got home. I must have lost my mind but I took 2 huge chocolate chip cookies, put some peanut butter in between and ate every bit - what a failure that was. So, I started again yesterday and I actually made it through the entire day by focusing on the fact that I would be able to eat whatever I wanted on Wednesday. Well, today's Wednesday!!!!

Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!

Start Date: February 2015 (and a few other times!
mmmmm, cookies... I like the concept of peanut butter between them -- I've never done that! (Mentally checking the freezer and yes, there are chocolate chip cookies in there and PB in the pantry!!) Or, how about peanut butter cookies with Nutella in the middle??!! Or... oh, never mind! Now I want cookies.... luckily it's an UD!!

I've put ice cream between 2 chocolate chip cookies!

Now I want Nutella and banana slices between graham crackers. It's a DD, and I have NONE of the ingredients. Thank goodness!

Peanut butter in between two oatmeal cookies is verrrrry yummy!
