It's MONDAY, what are you eating?

DD here

Not really hungry so far, it's lunch time here. Have had a herbal tea and water for breaki.
I have salad, asparagus, cucumber, peppers, eggplant, radishes in my fridge, so I'll have that when I'm hungry. And will leave room for a sun warrior shake for dinner 70cals.
Shooting for 370 - 500 cals.

I've decided to maintain for the rest of May, with DDs at 750 to start

B: Coffee, SW shake with banana, fat free greek yogurt, toranis SF coconut syrup (257)
L: Sliced cucumber with salmon, light Miracle Whip (134)
D: Not sure yet
S: If needed, broth with serranos (7 each)

Leaves about 300 for dinner. Highly doable!

Morning! UD here. My weight is bouncing but not going down so I need to really watch my DD and make sure to do 500 only. Not 550, 525, 575, etc...

L - not sure yet but thinking grilled chicken salad w/ thousand island
D - not sure yet but thinking hot wings w/ celery & blue cheese

B - 2 eggs, OMM, spreadable fruit 426c
L - mixture of many leftovers. Salad, fish, scramble bits. (around 450c)
S - Nature Valley Protein chewy bar 190c
D - cockpot lasagna (thanks Cleo) 700c

That will leave 250 .. might do popcorn or something.

Now I've planned a snack of Ak-Maks with laughing cow, and dinner should be an Amy Lu chicken burger with 2 slices 45 calorie bread, brown mustard, ketchup, and a laughing cow wedge. How great is 750 calories for a DD?!?!

B: Dannon diabetic yogurt, 1 serving of mini graham crackers
L: Lean Cuisine
S: 100-calorie popcorn
D: big salad from salad bar w/buffalo ranch dressing (light)

Drinking good water today - went to Curves yesterday, so rewarding myself with a pedicure after work!

lunch: going out! my favorite gluten free menu which means hot rolls with herbed butter, fried calamari, risotto, and creme brulee.

dinner: chicken with bbq sauce, bacon, cheese and scallions with heavenly mashed potatoes (mashed with butter, sour cream and cream cheese.)

UD - and I was in a hurry this morning so I didn't leave home with a plan! Stupid insurance adjuster appointment got my morning all twisted!

B- Sausage biscuit from the BK drive thru Not pleased about that

D- Baked fish - was supposed to have it last night but DH "surprised" me with ribeye on the grill...I love him, but sometimes he just doesn't get it lol.

This needs to be kept to a reasonable DD, so I'll be very light until dinner this evening.

* an orange for lunch
* small bowl oatmeal w/sugar free syrup for teatime
* then grilled skewers of shrimp over wild rice with mixed veggies at the supper club
* maybe a glass of wine with my meal
* and a bit of lemon cake with hot coffee & cream at home with DH after...

I'll have to do a bit of weighing and measuring, but I should be able to work this into about 700 calories, which will do fine for my maintenance level.

L: Pasta with meat sauce and veggies (mushrooms, spinach, artichokes, tomatoes). Rich sauce 1/2 bechamel, 1/2 red sauce, romano, parmesan...one of those meals where you are trying to use up what is in the fridge.
D: 8 crackers w/ goat cheese or this blueberry cheese I bought at costco. I love cheese! Strawberries, cashews (less than 1/4 cup), chocolate (few squares), and almond/chocolate thins
S: Protein Shake

Body pump today! Then cx works!

Got my garden mostly planted yesterday. Still need to plant some squash, navajo melons, beans, and maybe some cucumbers? I hope I don't kill everything! I might...

Oooh, I've never considered making lasagna in my crockpot. Will have to try that next time!

Lately my DD's have been total fasts. So today will be too.

It's my UD's I have the problems with. I can fast for 36 hours with no problems at all. As soon as I eat anything on an UD, it turns into a binge. I hate UD's!

I used Cleo's recipe, didn't have time to use the crock pot, so I threw it all in the oven! Tonight it will be perfect warmed up!

I weighed, and I think I'm up due to some water retention (salty DD yesterday, way overboard carbs on Saturday). Trying to keep it tame:

B: 3 eggs, some margarine, LC english muffin, 1T cream cheese
water
L: LC chicken shawarma salad (chicken and lettuce) and some garlic sauce about 1oz

D: probably grilled italian sausages, grilled asparagus

Shooting for about 2000 calories, we shall see.

L: turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomato, onion and mustard, an orange
S: 120 calories chocolate cupcake and some fat free chocolate meringue cookies
D: a fried chicken breast, 10 nacho chips with some fresh salsa to dip, some left over crab pasta (about a half cup) and a skinny cow mint truffle bar

All this is a little over 1600 calories so I have some room left if I need to snack but I am full and satisfied now. Need to get more veggies in tomorrow!

I did it

as above, plus 12 squares of 85% chocolate (Black & Green's) organic-- very flavorful, makes me want to try chocolate from different countries, taste the variations...

Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!
