UD

It is an UD for me but I may not eat much as I'm paranoid about my very first mammogram this morning and it's my 25th wedding anniversary today and my husband is in NY City on business, we are both pretty depressed about him not being here. when I'm nervous or sad I don't eat, but will try to eat my calories...maybe I'll drink tons of coffee and buy a piece of cheesecake!

UD...not sure what my menu will be tho.

know what i love? now on UDs, i spend most of the morning trying to decide what to eat...should eat this...nahhh....this....nahhh....and on and on.... i love that i am not so obsessed that i feel like i have to eat everything in sight anymore b/c it's UD!! i have also been more able to tell myself on DDs, meh...i can have that tomorrow. and IT WORKS to quell the longing. and now that it IS and UD, i don't know what to eat! lol...

just some musings whilst i plan my day...i will save some calories for popcorn at ds's baseball game. he had one last night and it was a DD. didn't even bother me to have everyone around me eating popcorn b/c i knew i could have some today.

Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!

I didn't heed my own advice and drank too much cabernet with my steak yesterday-and before my steak, and after my steak.....which gave me the munchies so I went over by at least 300 cals-yet again....

Experimenting with a DD. I'm HB egg fasting *probably 4 * all day until dinner. I seem to do better with a lot of protein. Keeps me full. Having a hamburger patty with a salad for dinner. If this works today I'll make this my DD go-to.

That gets me about 422. I can have 800 in maint. So I'll probably add a baked potato and/or a grain free muffin with supper.

that's only 500 cals for the day and I get to eat not one, but TWO delicious boxed healthy meals!!! *** doing the happy dance!**

UD...despite the scary number on the scale after my MD yesterday (which is hopefully from battling the UTI).

B: herbal tea, 2 soft-boiled eggs, 2 slices bacon
L: chicken salad with feta & artichokes, mini babybel, roasted garlic chicken sausage
D: spicy ground beef cheesy veggie casserole, low carb pumpkin herb muffin, raw milk truffle gouda, double creme camembert
S: chocolate protein shake with egg

Right around 1800 calories.

Hi Becky, Happy Anniversary to you!!!!! I hear you about your hubby being out of town, but there is no rule that says you have to celebrate on the actual day - when he gets back, have your plans all set, and party like there's no tomorrow; have a wonderful time!!!

Mammograms are not bad, and are so important; what a wonderful anniversary present to give to yourself - I have had many, and for me now, it is second nature to get my routine screenings done, and after several of them, you'll feel the same!

B -- was a LC brownie (179 cals)

L -- (tentatively...) 1 serving of smart ones mini cheese pizzas, 2 servings cream cheese pepper bites. (490 cals)

S -- ?? going to ds's baseball game. have 1071 cals available.

have been having bouts of dizziness which then makes me nauseous....surprisingly (for me) nothing sounds all that good to eat. i am looking forward to popcorn at the baseball game tho.
