End of Third Month check in

Been doing IF for three months now exactly
I have lost 10.4 pounds total
"Only" 1.2 pounds after all of the hormonal up bouncing and getting stuck at a set point in April,
BUT I lost a solid inch or more off of every single measurement in April
above bust, mid bust, under, natural waist, navel, hips - the whole shebang.
one pound does not equal an inch or more shaved off of all of me

Intermittent fasting is pretty miraculous
I feel great, I exercise lightly, I eat fabulous food, I sleep well, I have decent energy, and I haven't been sick.

And I can put on a bathing suit without crying (I seriously was hysterical last summer over the bathing suit thing. In a store. At a hot tub. At the cabin. At the public pool with my nephews etc. Crying)
Find someone to love today, especially yourself.
Eat well and be well! Use your local farmacy! Do more YOGA!

May Goals:
  1. Complete 30 days of JUDDD
  2. Keep up M-F hill walking
  3. Hit 224lbs at some point in the month

I will weigh on AM of UD only. Once I have an idea how this impacts my mood and motivation I may move to once a week or month to keep motivated. My Starting Weight on the 28th of April was 234 so I should be feeling pretty pleased with my progress....yet strangely not. Sort of 'okay, that's a decent start' but not super excited like I thought I would be.

May 2012

01- 227.4 after a brutal DD but only my 2nd one.
