UD today. LONG time, no see guys! Sorry I haven't been around. Finding it hard to face my eating habits lately. Going to be honest now...at least I'm going to try. I'm embarassed. 168.3 this morning, so maintaining lately, if nothing else. I am happy about that, at least.

B: Pop Tarts and golden oreos (pop tarts...a childhood fav)
L: Mousakka (homemade...yum!)
D: Bologna Sandwich (I don't know why I was craving this...another throw back to childhood).
S: Strawberries

TOM next week and apparently old home week. I'm having all kinds of weird nostalgia about food I ate years ago. TOM = emotional crap for me.
