Evil donuts

I haven't had a stupid donut in years! My daughter was at a lock in and came with a dozen this morning. I had to eat one. I feel sick, but I'm not sure if it's guilt or the actual donut! Ugh
Good news- at least it is an upday!

Donuts are good every once in awhile. At least you didn't eat a dozen.

I'm on an UD today....maybe I'll go get me a doughnut!!! That is why JUDDD is so great, you CAN have a doughnut here and there, I love the chocolate frosted from Duncan Doughnuts and they are only 270 calories, easily worked into an UD as a treat. No guilt for me....

Unless you are doing VLC/LC guilt should NOT be a part of your JUDDD plan! And even eating the dozen, if you did, would still be OK if you are within your calorie limits for your UD/DD.

JUDDD does not make us eat or not eat any certain foods. We eat what we want, how we want, carbs or not, etc.! It's a GUILT FREE WOE!!

Exactly! Do not spoil the donut with guilt. Now if it just wasn't what you remember, that's not so uncommon either. And next time, you might pass and treat yourself to something that you like more. But if it was good, and you enjoyed it, then YAY for being able to indulge once in a while. That's part of the JUDDD magic.

lylydvd, be sure to tell us what kind of cake you make and relish. I find preparing really special treats is an especially great way to enjoy losing weight.

I did not "lose" weight. I evicted it. It is gone and it ain't coming back!

JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does.

Donuts are simply food. Nothing evil about that. On an UD,

You are not guilty, you are JUDDDing.

Shipleys here makes the best ones - fresh out of the fryer, melt in your mouth glazed ones
They also make sausage, cheese and jalapeno pigs in a blanket.
I know what's for breakfast Monday now!

Yes, if you want a donut (or more than one) just figure it into your calories for the day. If you want donuts on JUDDD you can have them. Nothing is off limits unless you want it to be (or have food allergy or something). Welcome to the beautiful dark side.

Donuts aren't evil!

Heck, yesterday I had a bunch of DD calories left over and ate half a bag of gummy life savers. And, saw a loss this morning on the scale.

Nothing is evil, nothing is bad. Well, as long as it fits into your calorie allotment. (and yes, that includes a donut on a DD, lol)
