I'm doing a mixed down day from the MUDDD plan today. so I'm doing this:

B - DD - coffee
L - DD - ww yoghurt

D - UD - two glasses of wine, probably something to eat, haven't decided yet!

L: Taking the kiddo rollerskating at the rink from 11:00 - 1:00, then have a hair appointment at 2:00, so lunch will be on the run.

MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!

Alcestis, I can hardly wait till I "don't feel like eating yet." Even on UDs, I'd be at my 1600 max by noon if I didn't do some deep breathing. Trusting like stink that this eases somewhat (physically and psychologically) over the next couple of weeks. Looking forward to the magic.

Change of plans. Didn't have the bacon and ate only half the chicken salad. Having champagne and more cheese instead. Woohoo! Calories about 1850 total now.

Note - I don't count most veggies on DD, so that allows me to eat more of the healthy stuff without worrying about calorie count. I do count starch such as corn and potatoes, and I do count if there is oil on the veggies.
