Where is the Juddd calculator?

The one I know of is not the right one for losing...I believe it's for maintenance. Does anyone have the link for losing?

Then I'm doing something wrong....I'm 5'3, 177 lbs and 47 years old. I put in my numbers, select 20% weight loss mode, little to no exercise, and the numbers I get back are 2909 and 582....when other people calculated my calories it was lower....much lower.

You have to change the height and weight section to inches and pounds. Then you will get the correct number. HTH

I came up with 1801/360

Good reminder that I had to recalculate now I've lost weight. UDs are now just over 2000 clas and down days down to 400. Gulp.

If you are still losing well with the numbers you were using, I'd stick with them. Make that metabolism work as hard as it's willing to work. Don't change downward unless you stop losing weight and inches for a time.
