Question for Kissa

Good Morning Kissa! I would like to know during your losing period how many calories you ate for UD/DD's. Your stats are close to mine and you have been so successful. Also, how much do you exercise? It really helps to have as much info as possible. Right now I am so afraid it won't work. I have a real stress eating issue on DD's but my UD's are pretty easy to handle.

Ha, ha, I haven't been asleep all this time, I promise!

Life is a bit chaotic just now with my FIL (95) in hospital and lots of family staying.

Okay Suze, let's see. I weighed around 131 when I started JUDDD. I had been on Atkins for over 10 years and in my first year I dropped form 184 to 130. I then gained and lost the same 6 or 8 pounds pretty regularly, finding it harder and harder to lose.

I started JUDDD on 25th October and my numbers were 440 DDs, 1465 UDs.

I generally did 500 DDs and 1500 UDs and I reached goal, 126 by 18th November. I have generally weighed between 123 and 125 since then. Although this morning I was 126. But as I said, life is a bit out of kilter at present. i have been as low as 120.5 and my DH shouts stop! i really like wiggling around these numbers and I am not a bit concerned about this slight rise. I understand why it is happening and I am so confident that is will drop again when life is back to 'normal'. (After all it is only a pound or so!)

I really push my UD calories now and I often eat well over 2,000. My DDs are in the region on 600 to 700.
