Beeb you are so smart!

When you say this woe eating lets us have our cake and eat it too, you ain't kidding sister! I'm PMSing in the worst way and weighed in today without a loss. But, I just ate a half cup of my favorite sea salted Carmel with dark chocolate bits gelato for 260 calories, and it was worth every calorie!!! I feel like I just got a big yummy hug and I still have calories left over for later tonite. Oh and I didn't do anything to feel guilty about.How many woe let you do that and still lose weight? I never feel backed into a corner with this woe, there seems to be so many options open to us. Even if it's just a simple cup of chicken broth to take the edge off. Still the best part next to the weight loss are all of my Juddd Buddds I just could not do this without you, no wayI felt like it was better for me to have a smaller portion of the "real" thing than a larger portion of skinny cow ice cream this time. I just knew I couldn't trick my nasty little hormones and would end up eating both. Now I don't feel cheated or like a cheater. So it's a win win.

I agree (Beeb's a smart cookie!) and also that it takes a lot less of the real stuff to satiate that craving than it does when it's a cheat. No "well I might as well just eat it all since I blew it anyway!" attitude

I have to agreee with the whole BEEB is so smart.. i love her.. and many other wise regulars on this forum.. i look forward to reading what she has to say on differnt subjects too love my JUDDD family!!

Yep, Beeb was one of the wise sages I looked to when I first joined in here in Jan, and I still look forward to reading her posts (along with several others).
Tina--wife to my dh for 24 years and mom to 4 great kids. JUDDD reboot to lose the nearly 20 pounds gained in the past 2 years.
