Kefir

A very kind soul on here sent me some of her kefir grains :jump joy:

I am using raw milk to kefir my grains. I have no idea how to calculate calories! Anyone have expertise on this?

I would think that you would use the calories in the beginning amount of milk you use to put the grains into. I measure my milk but could also weigh it.

I get raw milk from a farm....no calories listed on it. I'm going to ****** to see if they have raw milk but I am thinking they won't...
