WOE: newbie to juddd
Start Date: 4/17/12
3 days in.. lost 2 pounds?

Is it juddd magic or water loss?

Up day I logged 1926 ..mostly salad with minimal dressing, a few strawberries with equal, a few thin ribbons of fresh pineapple, and a filet of parmesan chicken that someone here posted the recipe to. Oh, on that note : DH and boys have always been fried chicken addicts - when they saw this chicken, their eyes lit up! They had kfc the other day and didn't like it anymore They sent the rest with me to work where I fed my coworkers...while I happily noshed on our new favorite. Too cool!

Dd, I did 1 light yoplait, some strawberries like above, a cup of soup that's 45 cals a serving (bland, bland stuff!) And drank tons of water and crystal light. Oh, add a sandwich of thin thin spread almond butter and 2 slices of 45 cal wheat bread rolled out to huge and cut to look like *way* more. Total for dd : 413.

Next upday I made a small taco salad with only 1/4 c. Crushed baked tortilla chips and minimal anyhing, save for the lettuce, onion and tomato. Had my light yogurt and berries again, same way, and a 410 cal meal fromsubway - no cheese, sweet onion sauce instead of my usual ranch. Top off with a piece of chocolate and a banana later, total for day was : 1867.

My scale of doom *budged*!!!! Holy moo, is that even possible? I'm in flippin euphoria at the thought of it ! What thinks you, oh great wise jedi..er, judddy ones? Is it juddd or just water?

Last night i noticed i work with the lazy gal again, and i usually don't eat at work. When i do, it's likely a candy bar or crackers. So knowing this and looking at you guys for inspiration, i decided to pre make a whole 24 hour dd pot of soup. Good god, it's wonderful! So my crock pot overfloweth with veggie goodness, and at less than 640 for the whole 4.5 quart thing. I'm so over being worried if I can do this!

YUP, water AND magic!! Keep at it and you will be very . You have made great plans ahead and that is half the battle!

A man asked Gautama Buddha, "I want happiness." Buddha said, "First remove "I," that's Ego, then remove "want," that's Desire. See now you are left with only "Happiness.”

What a great start, I agree, water and JUDDD magic.

Embrace a little hunger. It is the sign of healing.

Hunger is not an emergency.

It's not what you eat between Christmas and New Year that makes you fat, it's what you eat between New Year and Christmas.

Really good results.

How do you make your soup? I prefer to eat vegetable soup/hot broth on DD's.

Yes, you CAN do this!

Yep, the DD numbers can be very daunting at first glance. I was also a little (LOT) skeptical of my ability to hold to those low numbers. I think maybe everyone except the folks who have done HCG and have so many 500 calorie days in a row under their belts do a "Say whut?!" when they look at the low numbers.

Glad you got an early peek at JUDDD magic!
