The 21 day challenge of habit breaking and forming!

I'm breaking after only two days. Yikes, bad me.
But.....I have great excuse. Smile, don't we always.
Decided no to gym today. Two many irons in the firer today. And not gumming helps a lot ith the load.
I'm so sore fom yoga n Pilates. I'm soooo surprised to with at the cartwheels I do. Teasing there!
But seriously and u work up a sweat. Holding ur stomach muscle in for an hour straight mostly..tough, my abs have been crying. But good for me.
