"Imperfect Start" is an understatement - still seeing results

My first DD was on Monday, but then I wound up doing two UD's because I wound up spending the day with a friend. Thu was my second DD, but I went way over 500. Still low compared to my "normal", but probably close to 1000. UD yesterday was fine - ate moderately but with much satisfaction.

So - really not a poster child, to say the least.

BUT - I just weighed myself, despite the repeated warnings to only weigh after DD's (does my rebellion know no bounds?!) and I'm down six pounds.

I absolutely plan on being cleaner - I was trying to just not beat myself up and keep forging ahead this week. But still - *sings* awesome!

And you are JUDDD even with what you call your "imperfect start" and concept! JUDDD is the WOE that lets us LIVE and do what needs to be done!

As you continue JUDDD, you will get better about knowing how to adjust your calorie schedule to accommodate unexpected days or events that call for higher calories on days that were supposed to be DDs. It all works out.

Obviously, the better and the smoother you do your calorie cycle, the better it can work to your benefit, but it's such a forgiving way of dieting that it's almost shocking.

Glad you're here with us, and I join with everyone else here to sing the praises of this plan. It's pretty amazing.

Thank you! I have to say, I'm glad I weighed today. It's making this DD much easier, lol. It's 1:30 where I am, and so far all I've had is coffee. I'm hoping to make it to dinner before eating. Once I start to eat, my body goes crazy. We've been cleaning all day and my energy seems fine.

I'm really feeling like I can stick with this. LC had gotten to be such a struggle - and it takes so much prep work! lol I like that I can just have a canned soup or something when lunch time comes around. I like to cook, but I don't like feeling like a slave to my kitchen.

JUDDD is the plan for real-life living - no food restrictions, and it's so forgiving. JUDDD lets us get by with a lot!

Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!

JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does.
