UD - yay!

B: Usual - Cup of Tea, 2 slices of soy & linseed toast, butter
S: Skinny Flat White
L: Chicken Focaccia (very nice - with avo, cheese & sundried toms)
S: Crackers and liverwurst pate (did not need this!!)
D: Couscous, Chicken, green beans & may be an onion bhaji (DH is having Indian)

Wine: Perhaps, as we are going out for a drink with a friend.

Without wine - 1838 (including bhaji!), with wine - probably my UD limit 2100.

High dd for me as I have a very intense workout planned!

Here's my food plan
Bfast- veggie sausage, spinach, mushroom and aduki beans (250)
Snack- coffee with soy milk and sf syrup (50)
Lunch - big bowl of gazpacho with fried diced turnip (130)
Snack - crudités and hummus (70)
Dinner - falafel and beans (140)
Snack - strawberries (100)

So between 700-800 total planned, will probably end up skipping one of these but planning them in case I need them! I keep overeating on uds so experimenting to see if raising dd cals a bit (mine were about 300cal) will help.

UP DAY--but will be a MID day (Is that what it's called?) because I have 2 parties tomorrow and will make Sunday a Down Day

B-1 egg plus 2 egg whites, turkey bacon, coffee with cream
L-blueberry smoothie
*coconut milk with 1/2 cup Greek Gods regular*
D-white bean, escarole and sausage soup
*1/2 cup white beans, lots of broth, and 3 oz. sausage*
S-s/f latte with almond milk or HB eggs w/light mayo
Martini-a big one

Less than 40 carbs and about 1000 calories
(a mid-range for me is about 1150-1200 today, so I have some wiggle room for a snack or another 'tini )

On my last DD I actually ended up eating around 600 to 700 calories and the scale moved. Could that have been a fluke? I'm going to shoot for that number again & see. Oh and I also cut out protein shakes... because we don't have any LOL.

I'm experimenting and trying to up my DD calories.

B: Black coffee, Egg mug w/6 T egg whites, 1 C mushrooms, 1 LC Chipotle Fresco (108)

L: 1 peeled, sliced cucumber, 1 80 cal pack of tuna, 1 C mushrooms, ACV (129)

D: Most likely small chili w/habanero sauce (215)

That puts me at 452 for the day. May add 15 calorie broth w/ACV if needed.

Wow that sounds like a lot of food for a DD. All I've added is breakfast!

UD - Day #6 on Juddd and going out to eat for the 1st time. BJ's Brewery. If I want to eat all the things I normally would + drinks (toning down a few items) and not feel deprived, I'm going to need to skip breakfast and lunch. I'm not so thrilled about that and realize that I enjoy eating at home more because I can enjoy my food throughout the day. However, I know if we don't go out to eat 1 day a week we will feel deprived of going out and enjoying ourselves, that's just our thing. Good news is that I'm not hungry yet

B: Coffee
L: Nothing
D: 2 mozzarella sticks, 4 spring rolls, mini cheese pizza & 3 light beers

Total: 1551 with 155 remaining in case I need something during the day.

I know they have healthier options with lower calories but I don't wont those

B: coffee

Salut Annie!

I agree!

I can add to this: drinking 2 pints of beer after not drinking normal water all day, results in CHUGGING the beer... and getting pretty drunk
