YOU WILL BE FINE, LIFE HAPPENS!!

YES, you will be fine if you eat a little more on a DD, or have to change a DD to an UD because you ate a little too much, or you just don't feel like eating on an UD but have gotten pretty close to those calories you need for JUDDD "magic" or you just HAVE to have that piece of chocolate even though it's a DD!

Life happens, things get in the way, and the beauty of JUDDD is it goes right along with how life is, helps us to NOT feel guilty on these days we have sometimes, just HAVE to have that food, or go over a bit, and forgives just about any change in rotation or calorie intake (occasionally and within reason ) that may happen to come our way!

RELAX!! YOU WILL BE FINE!! Just get back on your JUDDD rotation and enjoy this amazing, forgiving, healthy, no need for stress WOE!!

I think that was part of my problem with JUDDD, I just kicked myself in the behind for not following it to a "T" one day and then I gave up. Also, the carbs made me out of control. I went ahead and bought the book off Ebay so I can understand the science behind JUDDD more. I may give it a try again. I need to get control of the carb cravings though.

Once again, you bring some sanity to the forum. So many of us overthink the program and worry about things we ought not. JUDDD is not a way of eating that requires a lot of head work or worrying about nonsense. Thanks Beeb!

Yay, Beeb! Love these posts. Thank you!

Star73 . . . I did the same thing and just could not stick to "to the letter" JUDDD. I started 2 weeks ago following a modified rotation (800/1800) and have lost **5** lbs. Now it feels DOABLE to me--the way everyone else always talked about JUDDD when I was thinking, "are you crazy???"--and I can stick with it. I'm becoming less and less hungry on the down days as I go, too.

I needed the pat on the head, thanks I do overthink things and it gets me nowhere

I just don't know how to do LC on DDs. My calories add up too fast. I'll figure it all out and see how I can make it work for me and quit overthinking!

I do IF now twice a week. I know I could do JUDDD too.

Star73-- definitely lean protein for LC on DDs! I will even do 7 oz of chicken breast (and good lord that's a lot of chicken) with a little bit of low sugar, low cal sauce on top. Maybe just a smidge of low cal sour cream.

Most of my DDs are 25 carbs and under, and not on purpose.

That sounds good! I need a kitchen scale too, just to get the accurate amount down. I just need to get more creative. I'm gonna read the book first. It should be here in a few days.

I love the fact that at least once a month i need a good slap up long side my head! I think the mental part of my doubt or worry is for so many years it was about "what" i ate.. its kind of hard to change that way of thinking for me! But last nite i did eat a "forbidden food".( one i chose to not allow kind of forbidden) and i not only survied it.. i over indulged!!! and!! i did not bounce any more thant the normal bounce i see all the time! .. Im goin to slowly... once a week add my "forbidden "carbs back into my eating.. So that way i can have Brownies ( MY ALL TIME WEAKNESS) once again! Thanks Beeb

funny, i find it easier to do LC on DD. I was one that thought I would switch to JUDD and do LC. So far, Day 4, my UD's have not been LC, Probably b/c I have gone so long without, its a honeymoon stage.

DD and LC=Lettuce, red, orange, yellow bell peppers, fish ( I have frozen tilapia fillets that are 100 cals each).

I also do an Atkins bar thats 150 cals for dinner.

for me, I want to eat more frequently on DD, so trying to stretch that out some. The DD food porn looks awesome with all the cabage skillets.
