But I'm going to go easy on food today because I have a big dinner planned.

My cousin who is fighting breast cancer had a double masectomy last week and I'm bringing her a tray of my dad's lasagna today for dinner! And yes I plan on having some! Have to stop and get a bag of salad & loaf of bread too.

B-Scrambled egg whites and mushrooms with turkey bacon, coffee with coconut milk
L- wonderslim cocomint shake (not bad)
D- 4 oz. grass-fed hamburger patty, steamed spinach
S-probably nothing...lay down and take nap when I get hungry

Raspberry tea with stevia all day

Looking at about 392 calories and 12 carbs

B: bagel w/1T cream cheese and 1t butter, coffee machine mocha (I'm getting my car serviced and they have a big Keurig type coffee machine so I'll have to eastimate cals).

L: soup, probably tomato, grilled cheese sandwich, tea

S: chicken broth (always hits the spot!)

D: not sure, have to check my cals....

UD thankfully- I woke up this morning, crawled out of bed, and promptly fainted to the floor! Not a good way to start your day.

B- Vigilant Eats Superfood cereal- I HIGHLY recommend this on both UD and DD if you can get your hands on it- filling, delicious, and so healthy- 300 cal

Superfood Cereal « Vigilant Eats

L: Beet, apple, celery, lemon, and cayenne raw juice- 200 cal
Tempeh buffalo wrap- 550 cal (I think, who knows)

D: out with my boss tonight- I have about 1100 calories to play with so I am going to include a little Jameson and chocolate tonight and see if it kills me tomorrow

DD today. Woke up to 168.0 today after another Up Up and Away day (which is a good surprise...seriously...I'm so happy). I ate enough to feed a small country yesterday and I feel bad for all the people that I could have fed. Oh well...ONWARD!

Smoothie 270 cals (no bananas)
Small (really tiny) serving of pasta w/ the eggplant, chicken, artichokes 100
Broccoli/cauli 25 cals
Chicken breast fillet 120 ish?

515 for the day. I tried body combat yesterday. Not sure how I feel about it...but it was a good workout. Going to try cxworks tonight...30 minutes of abs. I love core work...so, so necessary. I hope it's a good workout!

Snacks are pumpkin seeds, lc tortilla w/cheese, cheesecake muffins, maybe a protein shake and another muffin.

My repost from another thread:

I looked this morning and found a simple calorie counter to put on my iPhone and am tracking today. For now, it maybe I'm not getting enough calories on my UD. I've put in everything up until dinner and am only at 750 calories. Take in dinner, maybe a protein drink after Zumba, and a dessert and I might hit 1200 calories. The calculator shows I should be getting about 1940 UD calories (25%, little or no exercise), 2503 (25%, exercise 3-4 days/week).

I have no idea what happened, really. I had my 450 cal and did a Bikram session in which I actually performed my best ever (I think bc I wasn't working with a full belly) but by the end of last night I felt very "empty" and light headed. By the time I woke up I was downright shaky and dizzy. Guess I have to acclimate to the DD?

S: salt & vinegar almonds, 85% dark chocolate, herbed brie, raw milk cheddar

Strangely not as hungry today so hopefully I can finish the dinner and snacks. Total of 1750 calories.

S- a couple of chickfila nuggets (catered trays at work) b/c I normally don't indulge, but that I don't have to feel guilty about it!!

D- Not sure yet...it's ballet night for my little one, so we usually get takeout on thursdays b/c we're late getting home...

Even though I'm trying to stay low carb, I did have 2 butterfinger eggs and one of those pink hardshelled marshmallow centered things that look like those almond Jordans just now. s- cadbury egg 150

heres a little rant..........I had to take my client to the VA to get fasting blood work today so we stopped at McDonalds....he usually goes to Burger King, but McD's was closer. I didnt know what to get as I know the calorie counts at BK better. So I asked the lady and she gave me a calorie count paper. I ordered the mcdouble and the large SF vanilla iced coffee......Now I always get that iced coffee, McD's is the only one who has a SF one so I stop there on purpose for that only. Atleast once a week!! Well anyways I was sitting there eating looking over my calorie count paper and I was shocked.........My large Sugar free coffee is 120 calories!!!!!!!!!! All from sugar!!!!!!! Really!?!?!?! I cant say that made me happy!!!!!!!!
