Some questions???

This is my third week on Juddd. My down days are surprisingly easy for me. I wake up on up days really excited that it's an eating day but then early on in the day I realize that I don't have much of an appetite. I find that on up days, as I continue on this woe, I have to remind myself to eat. Is this the Juddd magic kicking in. Also, what is the other Juddd magic that is supposed to kick in after a few weeks. I know that I have to eat my up calories to not go into starvation mode so I am, I never thought up days would be the harder ones for me. Even yesterday on my down day, I almost couldn't finish my bowl of oatmeal. I couldn't believe it, I started out hungry. I'm eager to weigh myself this Saturday, I'm only doing it once a week. I don't care for too much bouncing. Any answers would be welcome.

I'm sorry I'm a newbie also and don't have the answers you need. I just wanted to say I am also starting to experience a reduction in my appetite on my up days. I had no idea this was an effect of the program, but I guess it is.
I haven't experienced this effect on down days yet, but that will sure help.
I know lots of folks weigh daily. I absolutely won't do it. Once a week is enough for me. I have read that alternate day calorie restriction will give you more energy down the road, reduce inflammation and just make you generally a healthier person.

The appetite suppression is def part of the magic. And as Lee said, more energy, better sleep, reduced inflammation, better control of allergies, clear-headed. Some have seen regulation of blood sugar issues.

It truly is amazing to me all that can be helped/healed with JUDDD.
