Changed today to a MD

Because I'm sick again.

I just had a cold on St. Patrick's day!

I very rarely get sick, but this one knocked me on my tush last night. Even had a fever. I never get fevers! I feel better today then I did last night but I'm still weak and dragging and have the chills on and off.

I'm going to limit myself to 1000 calories and hopefully will feel better by Friday so I can have a real down day.

Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!

Feel better! It's better to eat more if you feel that you need more while you're sick. At least that's how I'm approaching things (but I haven't been sick yet, knock on wood).

Jupiter that's exactly how I was feeling. I probably need the healthy calories to get better. Thanks everyone.

I couldn't believe how fast it came on. I was originally supposed to go out for a networking meeting for my business last night but forgot I had to take the phones for my day job so I was stuck at home. Turned out to be a good thing, wouldn't want to have spent the night shaking hands getting everyone sick!
