A High DD here!

B: - nothing
S: Skinny flat white small
S: Skinny flat white large
then things started to go downhill
the chap I was having a business meeting with brought cookies! fortunately small!
S: small triple chocolate chip cookie
then after 1 1/2 hour meeting - he insisted I have another - so I had a choc chip
S: Skinny Flat White Coffee small
S: Light Babybel Cheese
D: Asian Salad (and maybe prawns - not eating them unless I feel the need)

With the prawns 780 cals - and maybe another 20 for a cup of tea or coffee later! Without the prawns 695 or so. Still in WLM (just - and hey TOM is visiting!)

DD
B-coffee with coconut milk (So Delicious brand, 45 calories per cup), scrambled egg whites w/t. coconut oil
L-protein shake (made with water and So Delicious)
D-4 oz. grass fed organic beef, steamed spinach
S-apple sauce (sugar free, 4 oz.)
lemon for ice water
Total less than 500 calories (around 488)

Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!

Trying for another FD. It's been Fast 5-ish for 6 straight days due to the tummy issue. Felt woozy again this a.m. but I think it's getting better.

UD here and no clue beyond my post workout protein drink. I'm actually craving protein so I'll probably have sausage and eggs for breakfast. A thick juicy burger for lunch sounds good. And I'd like *something* that includes a nice salad for dinner.

Had a great DD yesterday, and I'm hungry!! Here is my UD menu:

B: blueberry bagel w/cream cheese, coffee (470)
L: Subway 6" turkey and cheese sub with veggies on top, Lays Classic potato chips, one oatmeal raisin cookie (765)
D: shrimp fried rice (1 cup), 1/2 cup of green beans - (476)
S: one medium banana (105)
Total: 1,816

I plan to go to Curves this evening for a great workout, and drinking my water today!!

First UD and I'm trying to get used to counting calories

B: Pear, kale, banana, spinach, flax, lemon smoothie- 350 cal

L: veggie juice (beets, apple, celery, lemon, cayenne) 220cal
tempeh buffalo wrap- have no idea the calories! 600?

D: raw mexican pizza- 180 cal
cucumber gazpacho- 200 cal
vegan nut cheese- 200
vegan Easter chocolate- 300 cal

Total- 2050

Not sure if I am doing my UD justice but I am sticking to the calories

DD today. Haven't been around guys...sorry. Was away this weekend and yesterday I ate everything but the kitchen sink - and I probably would have eaten that too, but it was full of dishes.

1 can albacore w/ 3 tbl mayo - 420
1/2 shallot - 5
Emergen-C - 25

700 cals. A little over, but it's ok...didn't feel like leaving 1/4 of the tuna or something...that bugs the OCD side of me.

ballet tonight if I can muster up the energy...which I think I will.

UD here-- not sure what I'm eating, but I need to figure out dinner (LC pizza) and plan around that, b/c I think I want to eat my WHOLE pizza and not feel bad about it

B/L: the end of the cauli-rice, chicken liver, onion/green pepper stuff. has oil in it, yummy.

L2 - some cheese and mortadella I think

D: low carb pizza-- either cauli crust or LC mix crust, cheese, pepperoni, green/red peppers, mushrooms, olives, onions, CHEESE, tomato paste and/or pesto for sauce (might do 1/2 like the above, and 1/2 chicken and pesto and spinach... hmmm...)

will do the counts and post my totals later.

Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!
