Start Date: LC 6/11; JUDDD 10/11; Maintenance 11/11
Make yourself a chocolate protein shake if you have unsweetened almond milk or other low-cal beverage to stir it into, or have a cup of instant diet Swiss Miss hot chocolate. Might help. You can have the actual chocolate tomorrow.

Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!

Do you have any low cal hot chocolate mix??? Stir in a teaspoon of EVCoconut oil and drink it! Quick! it might just take care of your chocolate cravings!!!

Hide a few (or more) pieces of the Easter candy away in a lock box and tell yourself "I will eat this tomorrow!" Then have the low cal hot chocolate.

Hang in there!!! Beeb's smack down is right on!!!

DDs are so very important. Keep telling yourself you are making that Silent Information Regulator (SIRT1) which is going to make this WOE easier and easier in the long run. You can do this!!!

I don't have any cocoa powder or hot chocolate mix in the house

I have to laugh at myself because this is all triggered because I'm hungry. I'm trying to save my calories for dinner since I ate so much junk food yesterday.

I'm out of protein shakes so I had a BIG cup of coffee with 4 tbs of 1/2 & 1/2 (80 cal) (was too much half & half could have done 3 tbs) a vanilla yogurt (also 80 cal)

I decided I'd have some chicken broth to shut my stomach up. However I apparently grabbed the beef bouillon LOL so I'm having a cup of beef broth instead of chicken! LOL

Chicken or beef broth fill me up great! Love the stuff! Sometimes I will have some ready if I know it is a hungry day and whatever small portion of food I KNOW won't be enough and want to eat more... drink some broth!!
