How often do you weigh yourself?

I'm coming off my last round of hcg and was going to start by weighing every other day and work my way to once or twice a week. I have an Excel spreadsheet with every pound gone since day one.

What has been your experience?

I know nothing about hcg but on JUDDD I weigh everyday and watch the line on my graph go up and down and up and down and then down and repeat.

On JUDDD after most DD's...however before this on LC...I was a obsessive weigher every time I was in the bathroom...not good!! Luckily with JUDDD I look forward to the DD's for good results.

I weigh every day. Multiple times. Usually "just" morning and evening, but sometimes during the day too, if it strikes my fancy.

I have learned not to freak out at the bounces, though. If you do freak out at the bounces, weigh every other day after a down day, or maybe once a week after a down day.

Roughly every 2 weeks or so. So far I haven't seen any "up" bounces... but I've watched the downward trend. It's not fast but it's constant!! Gotta love it!!!

Every morning after bathroom and in my "pjs". When on HCG need the rush of almost constant losses. On JUDDD I bounce like a rubber check....and it drives me nuts......alright it's just a short putt.

Every day- I have a chart from Excel that looks like the EKG of someone going downhill fast LOL

I can handle it, but if you can't handle the gains, you might want to weigh weekly. There WILL be bounces like this:

I started out weighing once a week, after a DD. Now that I'm more comfortable with the "bouncing" I weigh daily, first thing in the morning, and graph it like so many others.

I loose after UD's sometimes... so I weigh every day! Sometimes right away... sometimes after my morning coffee...
I want to know how what I am eating each day affects my losses. Surprised I have never gained even a full lb in one day after some EXTREME UD's- even with more carbs than I am used to.
Love weighing every day! But it's NOT for everyone!
