Another ? for hcg-ers coming here...
for maintenance, did you continue to lose? I had a huge 2.8 drop overnight and could end my round now. Also, I don't want to lose, but maintain. Did any of you continue to lose when you switched to JUDD? Are you sticking with the 2-pound window? I thought I'd give myself a 3-pound window generally speaking to not go over.
I can't believe I just said that..."I don't want to lose"....what a problem to have.
Also, are you continuing to weigh every day? I was thinking of switching to weighing myself every other day.
Thanks again everyone!

Sorry, not my department, I have never used HCG. But, if you are interested, I allow myself a 4 pound window in Maintenance.
Embrace a little hunger. It is the sign of healing.
Relax, rotate, reduce, rejoice.
Down Days are the cement that hold JUDDD together.

Congrats! 80 lbs is absolutely amazing!
I did the Rx hcg, over 3 years ago so it doesn't count! I tried the hhcg and had issues, so don't know if I could advise? I do know that so many former hcg'ers are very happy with JUDDDing. Most can't believe how easy this is for maintenance and have been quite successful.
