Start Date: 1.26.2004 - 1st time. This time 1.1.2014
3 months in and....

15 lbs down! Add that to the 3 I lost just before starting JUDDD and you have a total of 18.

That makes me especially happy given that the whole month of February was essentially a wash with all my business travels and going on and off plan. I ended up .2 lbs heavier at the end of Feb than at the beginning....

So - all of this has really happened through Jan and March!

I bought shorts in a smaller size last night and am now in Medium t-shirts instead of large.

I didn't measure yet today, but will do that over the next day or so to see where the inches stand....but for now, looking forward to seeing what April brings!!!

Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!
