I CAN'T BELIEVE I ATE THE WHOLE THING!

Hi! Today is an UD for me. My UD calories are 1954. I've eaten brunch and supper (hey, I'm a southern gal, so it's still supper to me!). I still have 499 calories left today, and I'm stuffed! I had some of my favorite foods for supper (field peas w/snaps, collard greens, sweet potatoe fries, chicken strips and hush puppies! along with pickles, onion and hot sauce) If I had not already lost nearly 15#'s in less than two months following JUDDD, I would NEVER believe that I could eat this way and lose! This is the most amazing WOE I've ever encountered!

Your post made me laugh, Carole.

Your meal sounds just fabulous, and yes.. on JUDDD we get to eat like real people and get slim and trim as well. And we get healthy. Love it!

But I don't think there are many people who would hear of your meal and believe you were on a diet plan at all.

I have had some really good food on my UD"s, featuring my southern roots, and not felt guilty at all in eating them! On DD, I try to keep it simple.

OhioGuy, I've also enjoyed some mexican food on my UD's. The JUDDD magic is a wonderful thing!

You're doing Excellent!!! I love it at the end of an UD when you have extra cals, but stuffing in the food for those extra calories can be a killer when you're genuinely not hungry.

Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!

My lucious meal yesterday caused some water weight to show up this morning (not enough calories eaten to be true weight gain), but that's ok. After a good DD today, it will be back down, and hopefully take a "friend" with it! LOL
