1st week....5.2 pounds gone! Don't care if it's all water weight, it FINALLY got me out of the 159 trap I was in for months doing Atkins.

I Adore JUDDD!!!

I can really see me sticking to JUDDD, it's easier than Weight Watchers (for me), not as restrictive as Atkins, and UP days can be easily converted into low carb if I so desire. Yesterdays Down day was a little tricky but managable. Today I made the mistake of eating ice cream and my body is hating me for it right now.......cramps!!

Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!

I don't know how long you were in your months of *Atkins Stall*, but congratulations on breaking through it and losing 5.2 POUNDS the very first week you were on JUDDD! That's fantastic.

I should personally thank YOU for getting me in gear and checking out JUDDD, I kept seeing in in your stats and wondering what the heck it was....I'm so glad I did! I'm sure there will be a possible stall on JUDDD too but I think this plan will be way easier to hang onto through a possible stall. Thank You very much for helping me find a plan I can live with peacefully!
