The importance of Bearnice

Woke up, today is a DD.

Went to the Bathroom... only could do a Primary Objective... aka Number 1.

Weighed myself. 182.... sigh... I was at 181.6 yesterday. Tis okay must be water weight.

Got Ready.

Rumble Rumble Rumble... hmmmm could I acheive the impossible.... YAY for Bearnice.

Took of all my clothes again.... 181.4!!!!!!!!!

Moral of the story... Bearnice can be a pain in the butt.... but sure is real nice when the scale moves down.

Side Moral of the story... JUDDD Magic is working guys... because I lost weight on an UD! Tomorrow I may see 180's again.

It is so bizarre that we can all regularly lose after UD and bounce up on DD
congratulations on the bm loss? I don't think there is a hallmark card for that one

It just goes to illustrate, once again, that focusing on a number on a scale and letting it have much bearing on your mood for the day is just crazy. So much goes into what our body weighs on any given day, and the very, very few ounces that may be body FAT, either gained or lost, is almost the least of it!

That's why fluctuations are NORMAL, and why they don't really tell us much in the short view. It's the long term picture that tells the tale.

But hoping you see that scale number in the 180's very shortly....

I do not see any loss until 3 days after a DD which is usually an UD. My body has always been that way--3 days for losses to show up--

I never go back and weigh again, at least not to count. I figure I will see the loss the next day if it is real anyway

I notice my visit isn't quite as regular as it was prior to JUDDD??? Does anyone else have irregularity now?

I used to have the daily morning visit. I guess with very low DD, your visits aren't going to be every day?

there is a thread on taking magnesium ______ate tablets or the liquid stuff to help improve regularity. You should check it out.
