Mimosa it is wild garlic. Called that because bears like it...How interesting!

DD-target 341-I may have gone over for my UD because of cooking my chops in oil last nigh and not sure of the count...oh well.

b-coffee w/ffhnh and Splenda;egg sub with "sauteed" spinach and mushrooms, eaten as late as possible

l-zucchini soup made from 4oz zukes "sauteed" with a bit of onion, then simmered with chix broth, thyme, tarragon, and bay leaf, then pureed. Hope it fills me.
d-not sure; maybe shrimp, but, although I enjoy them, they don't fill me up.

Got some Nutrisystem meals at Big Lots. Anyone else try them?

Yup, that's it!
It grows wild here in the area I live... The only thing is the leaves look a lot like lily of the valley leaves and they are poisonous, so I have to be careful when I pick it! Going to go wild garlic picking this Easter Monday... Thankfully I have a good nose and the lily of the valley starts a bit later in the year so I should be fine!
It really is a great addition to any salad or other dish!

I had been so intrigued by this quark that I'd never heard of before, and luckily found some just yesterday so I'm excited to try it soon. At 35 cals per oz, I can fit it in on DDs too.

DD Coffee with a teaspoon of cream, squash and butterbean soup, a slice of smoked duck. 520 cals. I always seem to go a little over 500 but the hunger is getting much better.

Still learning what helps. The soup was not worth 270 cals and did not fill me up. I've had my best DD on cream in coffee and two hard boiled eggs. I guess any carbs wake up my hungriness circuits.

It was a two UP days weekend but I did take a lot of exercise.

My evening activity was cancelled, and I'll be staying home tonight. Still stuffed from the food 2 hours ago and so it looks like this will be the Fast 5-ish day again.

Tonight's dinner will probably be:
-crab casserole (something I'm experimenting with)
-scalloped potatoes (haven't made this in forever)
-spaghetti (small amount as another side dish since I have some sauce to use up)
