WOE: LC / JUDDD. Started juddd 3/26/12
Start Date: 11/15/12
1st week weight in omg!

Hi juddd buds. Today I weighted in at 125 lbs. that's a loss of 3 1/2lbs my first week judding and a number I haven't seen in way too long. I actually enjoyed my first week judding because for the first time in the last two months I felt like I had some control over my weight loss again after a two month LC stall. I had a migraine one of the days and was able to have a good strong latte ( for the caffeine) without feeling guilty or cheating even on a DD. I feel much more motivated to workout as it lets me eat more calories on UD. Just the fact that nothing is "forbidden" actually allows me to make better choices because I know it's never the last time I can have a certain food or sweet. I'm still keeping it moderately LC skipping potatoes, rice, white bread and the like. I've actually fallen in love with cauliflower mashed "potatoes" and prefer them to the real thing. I cannot thank you all enough for all your encouragement to give juddd a try and your warm welcome when I did. For me, you all make all the difference in the world, I feel so lucky to have found you all! I am five lbs from my first goal and another five from my second goal. Perhaps on juddd I can dare to dream of a third goal weight that before I never dreamed was possible for me since I'm not twenty anymore and my hormones seem to enjoy tormenting me. Just feeling in control again has made me so so happy. Thanks juddd buds. Have a good day everyone whether up or down.

Congrats! This is wonderful progress! It's good to dream. I'm sure you'll make both of those goals before you know it.

I'm daring to try for less too. My start on Juddd was less than stellar, but I had some healing to do before I could lose, apparently. The scale is now moving for me, and where I had been happy to stop at my original goal of 130, I'm now trying to get to 125, a weight I haven't seen since I got married 21 years ago.

So dream on, and keep working the rotation!

I think it's safe to dream of a lower goal eventually. There are several of us who have lost weight even when we've already made our goal. It's a delicious surprise and I hope it happens for you, too!

I am still in awe when I see new low(s)- they keep coming... I move the scale around my bathroom and my cat looks at me strange every time! Seriously weighed myself 5 times this morning because I just didn't believe it!!!

I agree with you so much and because nothing is "forbidden", it removes all of the 'seductive allure'. It's great, isn't it?!
