Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!

I'm hoping to make it to the store soon. It was pouring outside on our way home from other errands, but I'd sure enjoy a glass or three of wine tonight. I may make Turkey Balls though instead.

im sooo curious what would happen to someone who was juddding and had 2 drinks on fasting nights. FULL FASTING. no food just two drinks before bed.

it always helped me lose on lc

I think that must be why I don't have the huge bounces. On UDs I almost always have several glasses of wine or other adult libations, so I'm dehydrated the following morning, which is then a DD, so I don't eat much and am around the same at the following morning's weigh-in. I rarely bounce "up" and should probably check my food diary to see if those are the day's I didn't have any alcohol to "ahem" help the consistency.
