Woohoo! I feel alive

Just wanted to express how 7 weeks of LCing has changed my life, in addition to losing 13 lbs so far:

My hair, skin, and nails have all drastically improved (starting to look awake without make-up on, I swear my eye wrinkles are going away)

I have real energy, not coffee induced energy, for the first time in my life

I am losing weight, without thinking about food all day or feeling starved

No more irritability and I'm sleeping like a baby (I used to sleep walk and sleep eat)

I don't think I could keep it up without this forum.

It is all true and then some. I always knew that losing weight would make me feel better but the benefits that come from low carbing are almost endless.
